Christina was introduced to Pilates in 1999 while working as at a local Physical Therapy Clinic as a PT Aide. She received her first Pilates certification from The Method Pilates. A lifelong learner; in 2002 she was certified as a Rehabilitation Pilates Practitioner through Polestar Institute. This course offered a broader science, anatomy and evidence based curriculum than the traditional Pilates methods.
