POST REHAB: ALIGN and RE-EDUCATE

Cleared for return to all your activities but want some guidance to continue on your path to more activities? Come on in and we’ll work to restore flexibility, improve strength, recognize faulty movement patterns to then re-educate your muscles and support you in your progression. If you are unable to walk up stairs at this time, please let me know.

LONGEVITY: Flexibility and RENEWAL

We want to age well and continue doing everything we still love to do. We’ll gradually build up your strength, restore your flexibility and improve your posture. We’ll focus on balance, mindful awareness and coordination in a safe supported manner. Please note: there are 3 flights of stairs up to our studio .

Improve your strength and performance by learning efficiency. By working on those deeper intrinsic muscles we can improve your performance and rebalance your muscle patterning. We will create a fluid workout, and rebuild your foundation from its core. We strive to change your body to support you in your activities, challenge you and have fun doing it!

With gentle guided movements, we’ll work together to focus on the grace within. We’ll help guide you through supported movements to ease restrictions to move lymph, decrease stress through breathwork and just be in your body. An hour of focused caring to give your mind and your body some love.
